Chillosophy – Easy Returns

At Chillosophy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer an Easy Returns policy: if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, return it within 15 days for a hassle-free refund—no explanations needed.

Note: This policy excludes Custom Orders, Sale and Clearance items. All sales under these categories are considered Final Sale, with No Refunds and/or Exchanges.

A Little Help From You

Please return items in their original, unused condition—unwashed, free of stains, undamaged, with all tags and garment Security Tape intact, and with the original inner packaging.

If the item is not restockable, we may responsibly dispose of or donate it; we’re unable to return such items to you.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items (for everyone’s safety):

  • Worn or washed items, items with removed/damaged tags or  Security Tape
  • Items with deodorant, makeup, fragrance, stains, or pet hair
  • Final-Sale products (marked Sale/Clearance)
  • Gift cards and downloadable/e-gift products

Cancellations & Changes to Orders

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification once placed. Contact info@chillosophy.us (Mon–Fri) as soon as possible—if feasible, we’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed.

Warranty

All items are covered by a limited 30-day warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects.

If you believe your item has a defect, email info@chillosophy.us with your order number, photos, and a brief description.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style. Inventory moves quickly; if you’d like help finding a similar style or confirming stock, contact us—info@chillosophy.us or call +1 (248) 495-9396.

Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered to us, please allow up to 3 weeks for quality check and restocking.
  • After approval, we’ll email you and issue a refund of the product price to your original form of payment.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take additional time to appear.

Pack & Ship

Please place the return item in the poly mailer or box that came with your order (or comparable protective packaging). Include all inner packaging and accessories.

How Do I Return an Item?

  1. Request Authorization
    Email info@chillosophy.us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. (A brief reason helps us improve, but it’s optional.)
  2. Receive Your RMA
    If eligible, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) with instructions. Write the RMA on the outer package.
  3. Package Securely
    Use the original packaging if possible. Ensure tags and  Security Tape are intact.
  4. Ship & Share Tracking
    Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA email. Then email the tracking number to info@chillosophy.us with subject line: “Return – [Your Order #]”.
    Inspection & Refund
    After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (see Refunds above). 

Return Postage: Unless we made an error or your item is confirmed defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend an insured, trackable service; Chillosophy is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
